These terms govern your use of the Tenant MOT service. By starting a scan you agree to them. Tenant MOT is operated by Mastercopy Limited under licence from Game On Solutions Ltd.

What we provide

An automated readiness scan of a Microsoft 365 / Entra tenant against the Cyber Essentials control set, producing a written report. The report is informational, not a formal certification, and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or audit advice.

Authority to scan

By submitting a tenant for scanning you confirm you are authorised by the tenant owner to grant Microsoft Graph application access to that tenant. If you do not have that authority, do not start a scan.

Liability

We provide the service “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Either side may terminate at any time. You can revoke the Tenant MOT enterprise application from your Entra tenant at any moment, which immediately ends our ability to read configuration.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
