Who we are

Tenant MOT is operated by Mastercopy Limited under licence from Game On Solutions Ltd, both companies registered in England and Wales. For any privacy enquiry contact privacy@tenantmot.co.uk.

What we collect

• Lead data — name, work email, company, and Microsoft 365 domain you submit on the start form.
• Tenant configuration — read-only configuration signals from Microsoft Graph (CA policies, role memberships, sign-in activity counts, identity risk events, Secure Score). We do not read mailbox content, files, or chats.
• Operational logs — request logs, scan run logs, and basic telemetry to operate the service.

What we do with it

We use it to produce your readiness report, send the report to you, and improve the assessment over time. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except: (1) our infrastructure providers (Railway, Vercel, Cloudflare), (2) transactional email delivery (Gonzo-Social), (3) where compelled by UK law.

Retention

Lead and finding data is retained for 24 months from the last scan, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of any personal data we hold about you. Contact privacy@tenantmot.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
